One flag before the rewrite: your Terms of Service says Norwegian law governs, but this privacy policy references New York law and JAMS arbitration throughout. That's a contradiction that could undermine trust or create legal issues. I've removed the US-specific arbitration section and aligned everything with Norway. If you have a lawyer, have them confirm the governing law before publishing.
